Garage Girls: Workout #44


60% chance of rain we are going to keep the running to a minimum.  I love working out in the rain- a light rain...not a torrential downpour : )  If there happens to be a downpour while we are working out, we will be replacing the run with 2 minutes of jump rope before going on to the next round. 


      10 burpees

     Workout:  AMRAP in 25 minutes

      10 jump squats
      20 butterfly sit-ups
      30 push-ups
      40 reverse lunges (20 each leg)
      run 200m
