Garage Girls: Workout #49

I wanted the workout to be short, but intense today.  It's Friday, and there are tons of things to do before the weekend gets here...so let's knock this one out and let the fun begin : )


     Warm-up:

      50 jumping jacks

     Workout:  ( 2x for time)

      run 400m
      10 burpees
      run 300m
      20 jumping pull-ups
      run 200m
      30 reverse lunges (15 each leg)
      run 100m
      40 sit-ups
      run 50m
      50 push-ups
