Garage Girls: Workout #50

I can not believe we have reached 50 workouts! What started as a strength booster in preparation for our beach trip has turned into a group of women committing to meet 3 times a week to endure a good amount of pain...to be absolutely unable to breathe...to be somewhat sick to our stomachs... and to be drenched in sweat.

I have had a blast so far...and here's to 50 more.  Thank you to all of my Garage Girls women.  I have enjoyed our time together.  You have kept me motivated to keep going...so here we go again : )


     Warm-up:

     1 minute plank position
     1 minute side plank ( each side)
     1 minute downward facing dog 

     Workout: (4x for time)

     10 kettlebell swings
     20 jump squat
     30 weighted sit-ups
     40 reverse lunges  (20 each leg)
     50 side bridge dips (25 each side)
     60 sec. wall sit
     run 300m
