Garage Girls: Workout #48

Today we are going to redo workout #24.  We did this workout at the height of summer, so I am a bit curious to see how our times will compare after a bit more time and the cooler weather. 

      
      Warm-up :
    
      50 jumping jacks
   
     Workout: (4 rounds for time)
    
     20 plie squats
     20 push-ups
     20 sit-ups
     20 burpees
     20 jump squats
     run 100m
