Garage Girls: Workout #51


It's going to be a great day today!  And a great way to start this great day is with a great workout. is another opportunity to compare how far we have come.  Today, we are going to re-do workout #27.  Go as fast and as hard as you can so you can really impress yourself : )
      Warm-up : a series of short runs

      50m high knees
      50m butt kicks
      50m lateral
      50m karaoke

     Workout: (4 rounds for time)

      5 burpees
     10 jump squats
     15 push-ups
     20 jumping pull-ups
     25 sit-ups
     30 air squats
     run 300m
