Garage Girls: Workout #53


We have not done a workout that we only run through once, in a very long time.  So, I thought that is exactly what we needed to do today.  We will be building up from low reps to high reps and then back down again.  But don't worry...I have provided some gangnam style to motivate you : )


      1 min. wall sit
      do bicep curls during the entire minute

     Workout: once for time

     run 200m
     10 burpees
     20 basic bridge
     30 tricep dips
     40 jumping pull-ups
     50 push-ups
     60 plie squat
     run 400m
     60 reverse lunges (30 each leg)
     50 diamond sit-ups
     40 box jumps
     30 dumbbell push press
     20 jump squats
     10 burpees
     run 200m
