Garage Girls: Workout #7




Happy 4th of July!!! What better way to start the day than with a little sweat? This work out is set at 20 minutes long...not very long, so leave absolutely EXHAUSTED.  Here we go...


     Warm-up:  

     100 jumping jacks

     Workout:  "Running Cindy" 

      AMRAP  (as many reps as possible) in 20 minutes.  All four exercises make up one rep.

      200 meter run
      5  jumping pull-ups
      10 push-ups
      15 air squats


If you don't have a standard pull-up bar, you can use one of the doorway pull-up bars.

Nice way to start out your July 4th isn't it?
