Today begins our 4th week of workouts. Next week we will start repeating a couple workouts to see how much we have improved, but for now...buckle your seatbelts because this week is going to be a doozy : ) Today's workout is based off the Crossfit workout named "Angie". I broke up the reps and added in a little running to make things more interesting. You're welcome : )
1 minute plank pose
1 minute downward facing dog
1 minute supported shoulder stand
Workout: "Running Angie" (4 rounds for time)
25 jumping pull-ups
25 air squats
400 m run
At the end of this workout, you will have done 100 each of push-ups, jumping pull-ups, sit-ups and air squats AND you will have run a mile. Kudos to you!!!
