Garage Girls: Workout #13




Okay...the number 60 may be a little intimidating, but know that you can break up these exercises how ever you need to.  Just make sure you finish having done 60 reps of each exercise AND you are absolutely exhausted.  That's all I ask : )


     Warm-up:

     30 jumping jacks
     400 m run
     30 jumping jacks

     Workout: (for time)

     60 box jumps
     60 walking lunges
     60 tricep dips
     60 sit-ups with weighted ball
     60 curls with bar (or dumbbells- I will be using 20lb dumbbells)
     60 mountain climbers
     60 kettlebell swings
     60 air squats
     60 jumping pull-ups
