Garage Girls: Workout #6

The heat has been a killer here. I have been trying to find a time that won't feel like I am having a heat stroke every time I try and work out.  So far, no such luck.  Today I am getting started early.  Hopefully, the weather where you are is treating you better.  Here is today's workout:


        Warm-up:

        400 meter run

        Workout: one round for time

       50 box jumps
       10 burpees
       40 sit-ups
       20 tricep dips
       30 ring rows
       30 jumping pull-ups
       20 side bridge (each side)
       40 push-ups
       10 step-ups (each leg)
       50 air squats
