Friday is here!
Before we can start our weekend, we have to start today off right with an awesomely hard and rewarding workout. How could we enjoy the weekend hanging out, if we don't earn it today? I am saving you from a weekend of guilt : ) You can thank me later.
As always, the Friday workout will be be the most challenging of the week. But you can absolutely do this!!! Think of the words above when you feel yourself slowing down...or when you think you might hurl : )
Warm-up:
400m run
Workout: (one round for time)
60 burpees
50 weighted sit-ups
20 tricep dips
10 step-ups
20 jump squats
30 push-ups
50 side bridge dips (25 per side)
60 sumo squats
