So the plan was to get up at 6:30am, work out, take a shower, and get myself and the girls ready to leave for school by 7:30. Needless to say...that did not happen. The plan has been altered once again- it doesn't really matter when I get to do my workout, it's just important that I do it.
Warm-up:
50 jumping jacks
Workout: (once for time)
10 burpees
run 800m
20 box jumps
20 jump squats
run 600m
30 step-ups (15 each leg)
30 tricep dips
run 400m
40 plie squats
40 leg raises
40 ring rows
run 200m
