Friday...and this is the last workout before we head to the beach...so, I have to work hard enough today, to not feel guilty about all the plans I have for the next week : )
I started the Garage Girls in preparation for this trip, but now (once again) I am hooked. I am going to continue posting workouts in hopes of discouraging myself from going into hibernation when it gets cold...because that is what I have a tendency to do. Feel free to continue this journey with me. I have had a blast so far...and it has been great seeing my group of ladies get stronger and more confident.
So...on to today's workout : )
Warm-up:
50 jumping jacks
Workout: (for time)
run 100m
3x of 20 box jumps and 20 push-ups
run 100m
3x of 20 kettlebell deadlifts and 20 leg raises
run 100m
3x of 20 knees to elbows and 20 tricep dips
run 100m
3x of 20 jumping pull-ups and 20 reverse lunges
run 100m
LEAVE EXHAUSTED!!!
