Garage Girls: Workout #22

If that doesn't get you ready to work out...then I can't help you.  I will be thinking about this, as I am running in what looks to be scattered thunderstorms.  If it is sunny where you are, you may not have to think so aggressively : ) 


     Warm-up:

     25m jog down and back
     25m high knees down and back
     25m butt kicks down and back
     25m karaoke down and back

     Workout:  (for time)

    10 burpees
    20 box jumps
    30 air squats
    run 400m

    20 push-ups
    30 sit-ups
    40 jumping pull-ups
    run 300m

    40 tricep dips
    50 plie squats
    run 200m

    40 leg raises
    50 step-ups (25 each leg)
    60 bicep curls (30 each arm)
    run 100m


This is one of my favorite workout songs "BOYZ" by MIA.  It is absolutely impossible to stop moving during this song.
