Garage Girls: Workout #24




This week, all of the workouts will require no equipment.  This will be a great way to see how you can work out anywhere you go.  I am at the beach, so I brought a yoga mat with me, but left everything else at home. 

Today's workout would be a great one to do in a hotel room- just leave off the running.


     Warm-up:

     50 jumping jacks

     Workout: (4 rounds for time)

     20 plie squats
     20 push-ups
     20 sit-ups
     20 burpees
     20 jump squats
     run 100m
