Garage Girls: Workout #26

Friday already...and we will be back home tomorrow with only a week before the school year begins again. As always...a good physical challenge is a great way to start the weekend : )


     Warm-up:

     1 min. plank hold
     1 min. downward facing dog
     1 min. side plank (each side)

     Workout: 

     10 burpees
     20 pliometric lunges
     30 mountain climbers
     40 side bridge dips (20 each side)
     50 tricep push-ups
     run 800 m
     50 plie squats
     40 donkey kicks
     30 butterfly sit-ups
     20 jumping squats
     10 burpees
