Some of us voted a couple weeks ago...and some of us waited in line a couple of hours yesterday to vote. And, as with every election, there was plenty of griping about the inconveniences endured while exercising our right to vote.
After looking at these pictures of the victims of Hurricane Sandy going to great lengths to participate in the vote, I am humbled by how this right, that has become so simple for most of us, is still worth the struggle. I am amazed and once again impressed by our country.
