Garage Girls: Workout #20

Last workout before the weekend!!! If you did Monday's workout (aka workout #18), today's workout will be a piece of cake.  The idea behind this workout is the progression from the floor to a standing position. I added a couple new exercises today, in hopes of always keeping it interesting.  


     Warm-up:

     1 minute plank position
     1 minute side plank (each side)
     1 minute downward facing dog

     Workout: (4 rounds for time)

     20 weighted sit-ups (using same dumbbell)
     20 plie squats
     20 tricep dips
     run 400m
