Garage Girls: Workout #34



It's Friday again...and we are going to start the weekend with a quick but challenging workout.  You may recognize this workout from workout #10, but I have added some running... of course : ) My challenge to you is to try and get as close as you can to your previous time in spite of the added runs.  You can do it...just don't give up.


     Warm-up:

      50 jumping jacks

     Workout:  ( 3x for time)
 
     20 dumbbell squats (air squat holding a dumbbell)
     10 push-ups
     20 alternating reverse lunges
     10 sit-ups
     20 jumping pull-ups
     10 push-ups
     20 kettlebell swings
     10 sit-ups
     20 weighted calf raises (use a dumbbell or a weighted ball)
     10 push-ups
     run 200m
