I have some work to do to make up for missing my workout on Monday. We hiked some while in the mountains, but I missed that feeling of pushing myself to the point of exhaustion. With only Wed. and Fri. workouts left for this week, expect a little pain...and some labored breathing : )
Warm-up:
1 min. hollow body rock
Workout: (3x for time)
10 burpees
20 kettlebell swings
30 jump squats
40 push-ups
50 step-ups (25 each leg)
60 jumping pull-ups
70 air squats
800 m run
