Garage Girls: Workout #35

I hope you had a wonderful weekend : )  Today, we are going to do a variation of the Crossfit workout called "Helen"- usually Helen has 3 rounds of 400m run, 21 kettlebell swings and 12 pull-ups.  You can see the changes I have made below.  Do this workout as fast as you can- pushing yourself as much as you can.  If you finish the workout, and you don't feel sick to your stomach, don't worry... you can do better next time : )


     Warm-up:

     20 push-ups
     20 standing calf raises
     20 leg raises
     20 tricep dips (using a chair, bumper of a car...anything )

     Workout: (4x for time)

     run 400m
     20 kettlebell swings
     20 jumping pull-ups
     20 burpees
