It's time to mix it up. We do not do many AMRAP (as many reps as possible) workouts, but today that's exactly what we are going to do. I am in the mood for mindless repetition...the only thing you need to do is to keep moving as fast as you can and listen for the buzzer. And remember when you are feeling exhausted...it's only 20 minutes : )
Warm-up:
400m run
Workout: Crossift workout " Cindy" (AMRAP in 20 minutes)
5 pull-ups (jumping pull-ups or regular)
10 push-ups
15 air squats
5 pull-ups (jumping pull-ups or regular)
10 push-ups
15 air squats
