Garage Girls: Workout #37

It's Friday!!! and I can't wait for the weekend. I am super sore from Wednesday's workout, so today will be interesting.  Do this workout twice through and you will have earned a weekend full of fun and relaxation : )


     Warm-up:

      50 jumping jacks

     Workout:  ( 2x for time)

      10 jump squats
      20 sit-ups
      30 bicep curls (15 each arm)
      run 200m
      30 reverse lunges (15 each leg)
      20 box jumps
      10 tricep dips
      run 200 m
      10 side bridge dips
      20 leg raises
      30 kettlebell deadlifts
      run 200m
