Garage Girls: Workout #46

Today, we are going to try something different.  It's called "Unbroken" and the workout will consist of 10 exercises.  You will be doing as many reps as possible without breaking,  When you break, your count stops and you write it down.  Go to the next exercise.  Once you have done each exercise twice, total your numbers and that will be your score.  Try and push yourself past where you normally would go.  Good luck : )


     Warm-up:  

     run 400m

     Workout: 2x- total all numbers for final score 
   
     push-ups
     air squats
     sit-ups
     tricep dips
     reverse lunges
     leg raises
     jumping pull-ups
     step-ups
     bicep curls
     mountain climbers

This is a great song for this kind of workout.  If you can do a rep with a consistent beat, it's easier to keep going : )
