Friday already...I don't know about you, but July 4th threw me for a loop. I went most of the day yesterday, thinking it was Monday. That is what happens when everyone has the day off in the middle of the week : ) Today's workout is adapted from a Crossfit workout called the Filthy Fifty. I am going to call ours the Friday Fifteen Filthy Fifty...or workout #8 : ) And here is the perfect way to start the weekend...
Warm-up:
400 meter run
Workout: Friday Fifteen Filthy Fifty ( for time)
50 box jumps
50 sit-ups
50 tricep dips
50 jumping jacks
50 push-ups
50 air squats
50 basic bridge
50 ring rows
50 walking lunges (50 steps)
50 step-ups (25 each leg)
50 donkey kicks
50 bicep curl (using small dumbbell)
